FAQ
Q: How do I save clips?
Just copy any text, URL, or content as usual. ClipStash automatically saves it in the background.
Q: Why are my clips disappearing?
On the Free plan, clips expire after 30 days. Upgrade to Standard or Premium for permanent storage.
Q: How do I access the Vault?
The Vault is a Premium feature. Upgrade to Premium and use Face ID to access your secure clips.
Q: How do I sync across devices?
Sign in with Apple in Settings, then enable Cross-Device Sync (Premium feature).
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > ClipStash > Cancel Subscription.
Q: How do I export my data?
Go to Settings > Export Data. You can export as JSON (re-importable) or CSV (spreadsheet).
Q: How do I delete all my data?
Go to Settings > Clear Cache to remove all stored clips. Uninstalling the app also removes all local data.
