Welcome to ClipStash. By downloading, installing, or using this application, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

ClipStash is a clipboard management application that automatically saves and organizes content you copy on your device. The app offers Free, Standard, and Premium subscription tiers with varying features.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content stored in the app
• Do not use the app to store illegal or harmful content
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device

4. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by the developer. Your clipboard data remains your property.

5. Limitation of Liability

• The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or technical issues
• We recommend using the export feature to back up important data
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription

6. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through app updates.

7. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may terminate your access if you violate these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
