Gym Workout has no accounts and no servers. Your workouts, routines and custom exercises are stored on your device — they are never uploaded to the developer and are never used for advertising. Free usage shows Google AdMob ads outside the workout screen. Gym Workout Premium removes all ads.
Gym Workout은 계정도 서버도 없습니다. 운동 기록·루틴·직접 만든 운동은 기기 안에 저장되며, 개발자에게 업로드되지 않고 광고에 쓰이지 않습니다. 무료 이용 시 운동 중 화면 밖에서 Google AdMob 광고가 표시되고, Gym Workout Premium은 광고를 모두 없앱니다.
Sets, weights, reps, times, notes, routines and your settings (such as kg/lb) are saved in the app's own storage on your device as you log them, and may be included in your device backups according to your device settings. This version does not read from or write to Apple Health or Health Connect.
세트·무게·횟수·시간·메모·루틴과 설정(kg/lb 등)은 기록하는 즉시 기기 안 앱 저장 공간에 저장되며, 기기 설정에 따라 기기 백업에 포함될 수 있습니다. 이 버전은 Apple 건강이나 Health Connect의 데이터를 읽거나 쓰지 않습니다.
After each workout the app keeps up to 7 automatic backup files in its own storage on your device. When you export (CSV or a backup file), the file is created on your device and handed to the share sheet you choose. When you restore, the app reads only the backup file you pick.
운동을 끝낼 때마다 기기 안 앱 저장 공간에 자동 백업 파일을 최대 7개까지 둡니다. 내보내기(CSV·백업 파일)를 하면 파일이 기기 안에서 만들어져 사용자가 고른 공유 화면으로 전달됩니다. 되돌리기를 하면 사용자가 고른 백업 파일만 읽습니다.
If you allow notifications, the rest timer schedules a local notification on your device for when your rest ends. On iPhone, the countdown can also appear on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island (Live Activity). On Android, you may choose to allow "Alarms & reminders" so the notification arrives on time. None of this goes through a server.
알림을 허용하면 쉬는 시간이 끝나는 시각에 기기 안에서 로컬 알림을 예약합니다. 아이폰에서는 잠금화면과 다이내믹 아일랜드에도 카운트다운이 표시될 수 있습니다(라이브 액티비티). 안드로이드에서는 알림이 제시간에 오도록 '알람 및 리마인더'를 허용할 수 있습니다. 어느 것도 서버를 거치지 않습니다.
Free users are shown ads via Google AdMob on the home screen, in the workout history list, when opening the app (at most once an hour), and in the weekly choice screen. No ads are shown while a workout is in progress. Your workout data is not shared with AdMob. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers (e.g., IDFA/advertising ID), coarse location (IP-based), and usage data such as ad interactions to serve, measure, and secure ads. On iOS, IDFA is used for personalized ads only if you allow tracking in Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt; declining still lets you use the app fully (with non-personalized ads). Where required (e.g., EEA/UK), you are asked for consent first. Gym Workout Premium removes all ads.
무료 이용자에게 홈 화면, 운동 기록 목록, 앱을 열 때(최대 1시간에 1번), 주간 선택 화면에서 Google AdMob 광고가 표시됩니다. 운동 중에는 광고가 나오지 않습니다. 운동 기록은 AdMob에 전달되지 않습니다. AdMob은 광고 게재·측정·사기 방지를 위해 기기 식별자(예: IDFA/광고 ID), 대략적 위치(IP 기반), 광고 상호작용 등 사용 데이터를 수집·이용할 수 있습니다. iOS 앱 추적 투명성(ATT)에서 추적을 허용한 경우에만 IDFA가 맞춤 광고에 사용되며, 거부해도 앱은 정상 이용할 수 있습니다(비맞춤 광고 표시). 필요한 지역(유럽 등)에서는 먼저 동의를 묻습니다. Gym Workout Premium은 광고를 모두 없앱니다.

Gym Workout Premium (monthly subscription or one-time lifetime purchase) is processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play. The developer does not access your payment details.
Gym Workout Premium(월 구독 또는 평생 한 번 구매)은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play를 통해 처리됩니다. 개발자는 결제 정보에 접근하지 않습니다.
Delete a workout from its detail screen and a routine from its menu. Deleting the app removes everything it stored, including the automatic backups. Backup or CSV files you exported yourself stay where you saved them. The developer keeps no copy.
운동은 상세 화면에서, 루틴은 메뉴에서 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 자동 백업을 포함해 앱이 저장한 모든 것이 지워집니다. 직접 내보낸 백업·CSV 파일은 저장한 곳에 그대로 남습니다. 개발자는 사본을 보관하지 않습니다.
Gym Workout is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
