Docx has no accounts and no servers. The DOCX documents you open, edit and convert are read, shown and saved on your device by a built-in engine — they are never uploaded to the developer or anyone else. Free usage shows Google AdMob ads outside the document screens. Premium removes all ads.
Docx는 계정도 서버도 없습니다. 열고 고치고 변환하는 DOCX 문서는 앱에 들어 있는 엔진이 기기 안에서 읽고 보여 주고 저장하며, 개발자나 다른 누구에게도 업로드되지 않습니다. 무료 이용 시 문서 화면 밖에서 Google AdMob 광고가 표시되고, Premium은 광고를 모두 없앱니다.
The app uses only the documents you choose to open (from the Files app, a file manager, or another app's "Open in" / Share). A copy of each document is kept in the app's own storage on your device, together with the text of the document for searching on the home screen. These may be included in your device backups according to your device settings. For documents you open with "Open a file", your saved changes are also written back to that original file; documents received from another app are not written back. For password-protected documents, no text is kept for searching.
앱은 사용자가 직접 연 문서(파일 앱, 파일 관리자, 다른 앱의 '열기'·공유)만 씁니다. 각 문서의 사본을 기기 안 앱 저장 공간에 두고, 홈 화면 찾기를 위해 문서의 글을 함께 둡니다. 이것들은 기기 설정에 따라 기기 백업에 포함될 수 있습니다. '파일 열기'로 연 문서는 저장할 때 그 원래 파일에도 고친 내용을 씁니다. 다른 앱에서 받은 문서는 원래 파일에 쓰지 않습니다. 암호가 걸린 문서는 찾기용 글을 남기지 않습니다.
Passwords you type to open a password-protected document are used only to open it and to keep the same password when you save, while the document is open; they are not stored. Links and pictures inside a document are never loaded from the internet, and scripts (macros) inside documents are never run. The name you enter for comments is stored only on your device and written into the comments you add.

To insert a picture, the app opens your photo library picker or the camera only when you tap Picture or Camera; only the photo you pick or take is put into the document on your device. PDF to DOCX converts the PDF you choose on your device. Scanned pages are read with on-device text recognition (Apple Vision on iPhone and iPad, Google ML Kit on-device text recognition on Android); the pages are not sent to a server.

PDFs are made on your device and handed to the share sheet you choose. Printing uses your phone's own print system. The clipboard is written only when you select text and tap Copy.

Free users are shown ads via Google AdMob on the home and settings screens and in the weekly choice screen. No ads are shown while you view or edit a document. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers (e.g., IDFA/advertising ID), coarse location (IP-based), and usage data such as ad interactions to serve, measure, and secure ads. On iOS, IDFA is used for personalized ads only if you allow tracking in Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt; declining still lets you use the app fully (with non-personalized ads). Where required (e.g., EEA/UK), you are asked for consent first. Premium removes all ads.
무료 이용자에게 홈·설정 화면과 주간 선택 화면에서 Google AdMob 광고가 표시됩니다. 문서를 보거나 고치는 동안에는 광고가 나오지 않습니다. Premium (monthly subscription or one-time lifetime purchase) is processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play. The developer does not access your payment details.

Delete a document from the ⋯ menu on the home screen; this removes the app's copy and its search text. Deleting the app removes everything it stored. The developer keeps no copy.
